Keith Dugas is the Founder and President of Lendify Mortgage Services, where he leads company strategy, technology, operations, and growth. With more than 20 years of experience in mortgage banking and executive leadership, Keith founded Lendify with a simple goal: build a better operating model for mortgage lending.

Rather than building a traditional mortgage company around layers of people and manual processes, Lendify was designed from the ground up around experienced professionals, integrated technology, automation, and streamlined workflows. In 2025, that model enabled a team of just four people to produce more than $100 million in mortgage volume.

Today, Keith continues to evolve that model through the development of AI-enabled technology designed to improve document analysis, loan intelligence, workflow automation, and earlier identification of potential lending issues.

Technology can make the mortgage process faster and more efficient, but buying or refinancing a home is still a major financial decision. Lendify combines modern technology with experienced, accessible mortgage professionals who understand each client's individual goals and circumstances.

The result is a lending experience designed around better communication, fewer unnecessary steps, and smarter execution from application through closing.

Not every borrower fits neatly into the same box. Lendify works with a broad network of lending partners and loan programs, allowing our team to evaluate conventional, government, jumbo, investment, and alternative financing solutions based on each client's needs.
